Terrible e-shopping experience for me. When I ordered it on the e-comm website on 17 Mar, it said it have stock. It sent me a confirmation email telling me that it ships within 2 days. I waited for a week and tried to send an email to ask for the shipping status, but what I got is auto answered email that told me to reach the website and leave my message. I got the answer is my order is a pre-ordered need to wait for 1st April...I capture the webpage for their reference but replying to the email is not a good way to answer. I can say I am totally disappointed with how you doing your business with that poor customer service. You know I purchase the same amount on Future shop and got the feedback within a day when I send an email to their cs mailbox. I also shared it with the Audiophile FB group. I think that is good to let everyone know about the CS server before purchasing your product. Good produce poor service is the conclusion from me. That is all for me.
